Haggis

Not many foodstuffs get poems written about them! But Robert Burns’ ‘Address to a Haggis’ leaves no doubt that this iconic Scottish centrepiece deserves to be our national dish. Our Herd’s haggis is made instore to a traditional family recipe – shhhh, secret squirrel!
